3 Day/ 2 Night Mid-State Trail Backpacking Adventure

Get ready for 3 days of pure nature! We will be backpacking a 26 mile stretch of the Pennsylvania Mid-State trail. The beginning of the trail head will be located near Blackwell, Pennsylvania and we will come off the trail in Little Pine State Park. The trail consists of several semi-steep grades at the beginning of the trip, but smoothes out over the latter portion. Thick green moss covers most of the trail providing a wonderful cushion for the feet. We will pass several water features to include a hidden waterfall not known to many who have walked the trail. Towards the second half of the hike, we will come upon beautiful vistas that provide an endless view to Northern Appalachia.
